New Guy

This picture is intentionally of poor quality. I don't have permission to publish his image so I figured I'd make him impossible to recognize.
He's the new guy at work.
He's the new CEO and he's been in the job for about two months.
His enthusiasm is infectious and the whole organization is beginning to start to believe that maybe things can change for the better.
We've been so far down for so long that everyone felt like they were trying to walk through waist-deep molasses. But his success so far is giving us reason to hope.
I'm almost looking forward to the next 8 months.
