Green Energy, take 2

My blip a few days ago showed a number of wind turbines on the Wyoming horizon with rainbow; today I witnessed a single one of those blades being transported to its destination on a Montana highway. As you can see, the scale of these blades is quite impressive, up close.

It begs the question, How do they build those things on site? My guess is that they assemble the blades to the support shaft on the ground and then use a crane to rotate the beast to vertical.
