GAS Attack

Came here today with Mandy to help her with some of her Christmas Shopping.

Difficult as it was, I managed to get in and out of the shop without trying out or even touching any of the guitars. So far I can report no flashbacks or urges to go back and try out any of the guitars. I think I'm in the clear.

From Harmony Central: GAS stands for Guitar Acquisition Syndrome and was originally coined by Walter Becker of Steely Dan in an early 90s Guitar Player magazine. Though it could also be called gear acquisition syndrome when referring to things other than guitars.

You can't cure gas, you can only hope to contain it...
