At the risk of repeating myself....

....Owen again, but he was having so much fun this evening that I had to post it for posterity. Given Owen's lack of interest in team sports; and I mean he is seriously not interested in any team sport, his fondness for wearing team strips puzzles me. Contextually he did think, until relatively recently, that Hibs were a rugby team......hopeless.

Scouts was nae so guid this evening. The Group Executive were visiting to check on our running of the troop and the kids were a nightmare. Lots of back chat, huffs, looks of boredom and generally being pretty sullen.....so rewarding! I think they were reacting to strangers being there, but it didn't make for a fun night.

Gave blood today, but was turned down for platelet donating because I don't produce enough to be worth the 90 minute hook-up to the platelet removing device...looks a bit like a dialysis machine. Isn't blood donation a complex thing?

Anyhoo, World Cup started today, so it's all good.
