My broadband has been useless today, worse than 10 year old dial-up (it's taken me a whole day to download an album - still hasn't finished) so I haven't been able to look around and comment on other blips.

I also had in mind to take some shots at a nearby building site, but I thought I'd wait till evening when the light got interesting. Of course, by the time I went out there was a blanket of cloud and no chance of enhancing my blip with some slanty sunlight.

Anyhow, I was interested by the half a house that had been left - something to do with the railway I think. I remember it as a little gothicky railway cottage. Can't imagine why they cut it in half like this. Looks like they'll probably be building some cheapo lego flats in front of it on what is quite a busy road - I wouldn't live there.

Of course, now I'm in the middle of uploading my blip the sun's come out and the light is beautiful. Sigh.

Off on our hols at 3am tomorrow so won't be uploading for a week or so. Hope to have some good blips of Turkey on my return though.
