This person was behaving very badly

We went to see some more buildings @ the Glasgow building open days when we came across this badly behaving person!
She was screaming and shouting and swearing like a coachman, but I had the pleasure to blip her before she could slap me!
Thought I could calm her down with chocolate, but she only took it, had a bity and spat it out again!
What a shame, how can a person do somehing like that?
I will never understand..
