"nonono...you gotta PUNCH the dough"

today i made lasagna with my grandma and cousin

lasagna...from scratch :
we made the pasta [as shown]
made the sauces
put everything together [grandma was very particular about how this was done]

overall this took about 4 hours.
but it was 4 hours well spent :]
