World Cup

Backblipped from yesterday. Not a great photo, but all I could manage after spending all day grocery shopping, tidying the house and preparing for our mini World Cup party in the evening.

As an ex-pat American living in Scotland, I was very happy to cheer on the US. Our lovely Scottish guests joined in the fun, sporting American jeans, t-shirts and cowboy hats. And they even brought along a giant American flag to adorn the living room! I was quite happy with a respectable 1-1 draw.

Enjoying the World Cup so far, but I do wish Scotland had managed to qualify as well. The Tartan Army is always a sight to behold.
