Champagne Sundays at Sofi's

It is six years (almost) to the day since I moved to Edinburgh with my (now) wife Jen.
Somewhat improtu we went to Sofi's in Leith and bought a bottle of Dom Perignon 1999 at a bargain price to celebrate. Never had Champagne of this quality before, it was very nice, but that was obviously to be expected.
