tea belly
I'm not quite sure what Myra was trying to say when she bought me this. I am hoping that it was a reference to the fact that I am constantly drinking tea and that I can't go into a meeting without a brew in my hand. I do hope that it wasn't a signal that she thinks I am a back to front cow!
How cool is this though - a tea pot with a cup that sits under it.
It was a Hen Party gift - and promptly the next morning Corin was faffing about with it and he dropped the lid, and the little knobby bit on the top of the lid fell off. It has been fixed in a Heath Robinson kind of way, with some modelling clay. Does the job.
In the past week, I have worked an extra 32 hours at home in addition to the full day at school everyday...I'm knackered, but strangely happy as I have climbed a mountain of work and I think I have done pretty well - I can hear the groans of my colleagues on Wednesday as I dish out the packs of data for them. I will keep smiling though, as I know I have presented them with everything that they need to show that they know their subjects inside out. They just have to go away and do the next bit of leg work now. I can do no more for them :-(
Sleep well everyone. I certainly will.
