Raspberry Muffins.

I decided to bake some raspberry muffins this afternoon, they smell delicious and taste it too.

The raspberries are ones we froze last year after we went fruit picking at a farm near here. We need to use up the berries we have left in the freezer so that we have room for this seasons crop when we go picking again in a couple of weeks.

The recipe is a good one as you can use raspberries from frozen so if you need some home baking in a hurry it takes about 30 mins from weighing the ingredients to taking them out of the oven. The longest time is waiting for them to cool enough to eat ;-)
