Stir-fried bhindi
Bhindi (aka okra) is one of the most enjoyed vegetables in my immediate and wider family.
Cooked using the stir-fry method, the dish with onions, chillies, tomatoes, fresh coriander and misc spices is especially crisp and crunchy. Delicious eaten with roti or naan bread. and a simple dhal.
