APPLE AND ORANGE CAKE

Decided to bake today on impulse. Luckily I had all the ingredients to try this delicious receipe I found from the Sunday magazine a while ago. The football has dominated my life or rather my TV and as I'm not into footie... baking was a very good destraction. The aromas coming from my kitchen was simply heaven on earth, all the family kept poking their heads around the door saying is it ready yet! And look at the result, brilliant!
