Worked today. Was so unfocussed.

A coworker has lost a family member this week.
I tried all my new grief ideas. Don't say stupid shit. Validate her feelings. Acknowledge without belittling her pain. Don't go off topic. Be honest.
It was really hard. I am use to saying pat answers too. It was crazy how quickly I wanted to revert to crap.
I made it though and felt good about it.
