Richard Hallewell, writer and publisher, is an old and good friend whom I met for lunch today for a long overdue catch-up. Here he is in Cafe Sant Honore in Edinburgh. It was a pleasant way to spend the afternoon and Richard was on the best of his humourous form...hard to believe it is nearly 30 years since we met as young men!
