Home Grown Supper

I would love to tell you that this was entirely home grown, I did dig up the potatoes and harvested some of the lettuces and parsley; but the rocket, tiny red onions, pea tops, baby beet leaves are from a friend's garden. Sprinkled with really good olive oil, red wine vinegar, seasalt from Ile de Re, and a grinding of mixed peppers, it was delicious.

Of course eating it outside always makes things taste better.
