the birthday party - part III

so today was the third and final party for baby McD, this isn't her obviously....no this one belongs to a neighbour who stopped by and brought along a freshly baked apple pie to boot. that went down a treat.
anyway today was a party for her and her schoolfriends. she had a much shorter invite list this year. we had 24 5 year olds in the house last year! this year as i said far less and a good thing too as baby McD's mum spent the day in bed as she was hungover. to say i was busy during the party would be an understatement.........at least yia yia was on hand to help out.
baby McD had a great time though and i'm glad i have another year to prepare for the next one.
