Jade

This is Jade, our Mandarin Chinese teacher who we were so lucky and thankful to have for this semester every Wednesday and Friday afternoon.

Our Chinese has improved drastically over the last 5 months and a lot of it has to do with the natural circumstances of living and functioning abroad, but a lot of it also had to do with this wonderful woman.

Besides her ability to get the Chinese language to make sense to us, she was patient, laid back, helpful, and kind, and we'll always hold a special place for her in our memories over the last year.
