Leavin' on a jet plane!

Day 1 -

Travel down to London Heathrow. Was quite surprised to see we flew right over the heart of London, especially in light of the fearful society we now live.

Quick flight down, few hours wait then on to the big one - 11 and a half hours flight to Hong Kong, overnight. I
have to say that it was the very best behaved flight I have ever been on! Probably to do with it being a Sunday night/Monday morning one and therefore full of business men off to do a week of international dealings or something. Everyone was quiet, well behaved and the crew were great too. Terrifying turbulence when we flew over Siberia but I think I fell asleep again with the fright! Tomorrow I will be in China!
