Stoat

This poor Stoat was found by the Head Gardener this morning outside the tool shed. We are not sure what killed it, probably a cat!

I've not seen one locally for a good number years so it's nice to know they are around but I would prefer to see them alive!

Such a beautiful small mammal. :(
