Or not - seeing as they were happily huddled together at the side of the water.

Difficult to believe that this shot was taken at the same time and place as this one last week - again taken on a detour on my way to physio.

I could get used to this - it was lovely by the water today - I could have stayed for hours! But unfortunately I had to get to work :o(

I'll go back again though - I saw swans and cygnets as well as coots, mallards ... and loads more I couldn't identify without a book or an ornithologist at my side.
