King Prawn and Pancetta Risotto

I made a risotto tonight. It's my signature dish.

The 'greens' are home grown Pak Choi with Chilli and Garlic.

The risotto is King Prawn and Pancetta. All eaten, the kids love it.

My other signature dish is a Spam Curry.
