Target

Tonight at slimming world, I lost 1.5 lbs, that got me not only my 4 1/2 stone award, but also to my target weight!!!
And I also was voted 'top target member' in our group too, which was really cool!!

I started back in November last year, and have been full staem ahead since then. In the last 7 months I have gone from a size 16-18, to a 10-12, I feel on top of the world, & Still can't quite believe I have actually done it! But so totally and utterly glad i have done it!
Now to keep on top of it and to stay in control!
