National day

Today is Iceland independence day. The Republic of Iceland was formed in 1944.
We walked in a parade, listened to people singing, chilled out, had hot dogs and ice cream, watched a play in outdoor theater, went to babygym and my boy went horse riding.

Wished now I had taken some lenses with me or just my small canon camera..... I´m still rubbish using the lensbaby. I had some much nicer photos than this one to choose from but I really thought I needed to put something in with our national flag :) So here is our town mayor by the pool during her speech.
