Adventures in Umlauf

Today I finally made it to one of Austin's special places. I took the camera to Umlauf Sculpture Garden and snapped a few pics. It was a really nice place that I can't believe I haven't seen before. It's no wonder people go there to take bridal portraits!

This was a "mother and child" sculpture. My photography class assignment this week was to capture light and shadow, and I liked the way the sun was on the mother's face.

Anyways, I clearly need to hit up a few more of Austin's jewels!
