Construction

The old joke is that in Ottawa there are two seasons - winter and construction. We are well into the construction season. You cannot drive anywhere without finding construction. This is one of the major streets reduced to one lane and every once in a while the man standing there pops out with his stop sign and then nobody goes anywhere.
