Bodiam Castle

Today we drove to Tenterden with Roger, Diane and Diane's Mum, Ruth. It was a long way and I slept for most of it, which is very unlike me! We went to Tenterden to catch the train to Northiam on the Kent & East Sussex Railway. We travelled on a very special train - a proper steam engine that really said choo choo! When we arrived at Northiam we went to visit Bodiam Castle. I was very excited about seeing a real castle, and enjoyed the walk around it because there were lots of stones to play with, loads and ducks and big fish in the moat! After chasing some ducks around, saying hello to some dogs and having a look around the gift shop, we got back on the train again. Diane bought a book for me, called The Bear Snored On. It makes a snoring noise, and I enjoyed reading it on the train on the way back.

But my favourite bit of the day was a trip to the swing park in Otford.
