meatballs
A day off spent recovering from the excesses of the night before. Went to see Atonement at lunchtime. Good film, and then an afternoon of cooking.
Haven't made these Italian meatballs in ages. Rosemary, origano, dijon, egg, salt, pepper, crushed fresh chilli and some breadcrumbs, finished off with a thick tomato sauce, mozarella and basil. Lovely!
