Woman or New?

Every Monday I take Jack to his guitar lesson. I drop him off and then go to a nearby pub for a pint until he's finished. When I arrived at the pub, I was greeted by this marvellous piece of parking. My conclusion was, woman driver or new driver. Sorry if I offend lol.
