Blip 101.3 - Boy Racers

And Bathgate seems to have more of it's fair share of them. Whizzing about in their modified hair dressers' cars. Speaking of which - I was getting my hair cut today and was told mid-cut that one particular boy racer (who lives in the same street as my coiffeur) killed 2 of his mates and someone in another car whilst running off the road when drunk. He's in the high court next month - but is still driving around - without conscience - or license or insurance for that matter... I hope they throw the book at him but they won't.
