Prawns!

These are a yummy heapload of Baltic prawns that we went fishing for today. The latin name is Palaemon adspersus, and they live in shallow water where they can be caught with a flatter type of landing net (from which you have to hand pick them). They're really small but well worth the effort once cooked in real salty water with lots of dill!
