The need for speed

Stock car racing today. I've never been before so didn't know what to expect.

The racing itself was interesting but mainly due to looking for crashes and incidents which I'm sure isn't what the sport's all about. I think I still prefer BTCC and F1 TBH. The real fun though was trying to shoot decent photos through a wire fence. It's one of those things that when watching in real life you know is there but you can effecively ignore it by looking through it (well doh!). But shooting through it isn't that easy.

Will I be back?

For the sport? Maybe not.

For the photography challenge? Most definately. After all 4 or 5 decent shots from almost 700 needs to be improved on.
