Happyframe is right. I am walking rather stiffly today and that is about as far as the wellies are going.

Well out of my comfort zone yesterday, although enjoyed it very much. And will definitely go again.

But for today..............let the legs recover!

May break the diet tonight and have a glass of wine with my Fathers' day meal - venison casserole! Or even a beer!
