graffiti project

Earlier this year we received a relatively massive grant from the SA Lottery to put on an arts and environment festival during the World Cup. Greg, Sophia, Mahluli, and Khangelani have all been hired to make it happen, and the latter two have come up with some great ideas for visual arts projects that will benefit the township communities. One of them will be a large graffiti project in Phillipi, modeled after the tunnels and walkways the art students around UCT have turned into a pretty awesome canvas.
