Lizzy the Lizard

Today was adoption day. We traveled the 5 hours round trip to bring Lizzy (formally Angel) home with us. It was wonderful meeting @Chickenprincess and her gorgeous daughters who were very brave about the whole situation.

Lizzy has adapted well - very well. She has us wrapped around her little claws. We were told that she wouldn't want to eat and might be a bit shy the first few days. Wrong. She demanded a tour of the house and has found a favorite spot on two separate window sills already. The 'tank' has been set up in Charlotte's room with daddy and Charlotte working out how things work.

I'm OK with Bearded dragon's but draw the line at the crickets, locus' and meal worms. *shivers*
