Getting back to life...

First day of freedom! Yippee! seemed an appropriate day to upload my first Blip...

I have been in hospital for just over a week recovering from an operation and i'm finally home. I'm back at my dad's house so being spoilt rotten! I have been signed off work for another 4-6 weeks to recover which gives me the perfect excuse to finally start up my own Blip journal and keep it going. My sister created her Blip journal back in April and has been encouraging me to join ever since. She lives in Hong Kong so I look forward to checking her page everyday so I can keep up to date with the fun she's having!

So a little bit about my Blip entry today....I was sitting in my dad's garden looking for inspiration and was immediately drawn to the beautiful rose in full bloom. I love how vibrant the delicate pink petals look against the green shrubbery. Plus it's the first day of Wimbledon today which has put me in a summery mood!
