Leo looking cute

Leo had a friend move into a house just up the road from him and it's made the holidays more fun already. Enrico came over on his bike this morning and spent the whole day playing with Leo. Then this evening they headed off (with Viggo and Hanna) to Enrico's house.

I tried to get them to let me take a shot of them, but they were all laughing and giggling. I did manage to get this shot of Leo looking cute in his bike helmet. I initially converted it to B&W but the color one is so subtle that it won over the others.

I love how he looks at me with his eyes full of love.

This shot is un-cropped and unmodified, other than converting to jpg and reducing the size slightly cropped (I wanted to get in closer). I think the 50/1.8 lens a great match to the camera although I am finding it a bit short for my portraits and likely better on a sensor with crop factor. I'd prefer it to be around he 85mm length, but I love the small size of the lens (and the cheap price).
