Lame Ass Assignment Blip

I so far have a perfect record of participating in every assignment. No ideas struck me this week and I was tempted to blow off assignment13. I had a craving to try out photonovice's fresh raspberry preserves with some peanut butter and to my disappointment these two crappy "fragments" of bread were what was left of the loaf. That's the biggest trapped bubble I've ever seen in slice bread. Any bakers out there know why this happens and why it doesn't happen more often?

I know it's indeed a lame ass assignment blip, but it's as good as it's going to get this week.
