new crop

i needed a few plants, and thankfully a day in edinburgh was just the thing for my parents, so i got my pots of potatoes after all! i'm diligently topping up the soil whenever the leavs poke thru, but they seem to be growing at a rate of knots - i just hope it means there's something in the bottom!
