yellow sky in the morning...

None of this fancy red-sky sunrise stuff for us here in Newington... went out for a nice morning-trundle and caught this on the way home.
Other news: the mobile porridge-vendor is back in the Meadows in the usual place and is giving away free porridge to the brave today. Scottish Gas have turned up within the quoted interval to give us a second comparison estimate for replacing the central heating so in about twenty minutes the rest of the day will be FREE for pleasant leisure-wandering. Alternatively it could be spent costing out the replacement floor we'll need after it's been ripped up for the new heat-pipes.
