Room with a view

I've been rubbish with the whole Blip thing recently - and this is part of the reason why. It's our new flat on the 10th floor of City Lofts right opposite Media City in Salford Quays. We finally completed the purchase last week after a long 6 month battle with gazumping gits. Anyway, we had the letting agent round tonight to finalise a few things such as how much we can expect to get etc. On his way out he mentioned he was showing someone a 2 bed apartment in the same development and we suggested he might show them our 1 bed as an alternative, even though we still have a few things left to sort out before it's 100% ready. He said he'd see how things went and sure enough, 10 minutes later he returned with his client. An hour later he rang us up to let us know that the client would like to let our flat out! Result!
