A shade excessive

Decided to walk up Lots Road today to get nearer to these chimneys and see if I could find a nice explanatory plaque to tell me what the building was all about. No luck there.

But the nice lady in the RIBA Bookshop in the Chelsea Harbour Design Centre did tell me. This is where the giant lampshaes started battling for attention.

So for anyone who is curious and especially for Red... and the mystery building from the other day is...

It's also a mystery to me how to get this blip the right way up even though I rotated it.
