Splash!

It was great to get out in the sun again today. I walked down to the barrage and across to Mermaid Quay.

I wanted to play with the settings on the camera, so kinda bizarre that the pic I've chosen from today's exploits was shot using one of the automatic programmes.

I took about a million photos of water splashing in various ways in various places (and about four million photos that never fulfilled their potential for splashage). This is my favourite. I reckon I still could've cranked up the shutter speed a little, but maybe that's an experiment for another day.

Now just need to find somewhere to get out and about on Wednesday... I'm thinking it might be time to try for a sunset :-D
