Knee High???

This is the same field I blipped earlier May 27th Corn Rows
Just look how its grown!!

There's an old adage... "Knee High by the 4th of July and the farmers will have a good year.
Well, I took this picture standing beside the cornfield... and the corn is decidedly much more than knee-high. Its as tall as I am!! (5'9")

Maybe its the rain everyday for about 3 weeks and the humid air kissing the corn daily... but if the adage is true - the economy may turn around yet~
