The Ferry

A very busy day installing a new widesreeen TV for a boating pal.

The Detroit Yacht Club DYC.com which is located on an island on the Detroit River called Belle Isle. The DYC has it's own ferry that runs on the weekends. If you don't want to cross the bridge by car you can cross over on the "Spirit of DYC" that runs once an hour or better on the weekends. This can be very convenient as the island is mostly slow one way traffic.
