Pho Bac

This is lunch today, Vietnamese Pomelo salad. We used to frequent this great Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Bac, until a couple of years ago due to some unavoidable events they had to close up for a short while. We finally found them again and this is the best Pomelo salad I've had.
Have to do quick blips since I'll be on the road.
