Normality?

Not quite.

I originally blipped from the drive looking up towards the house.
It is quite frightening the height stuff has grown to ...... the green line at the bottom is the top of the ivy hedge and is about 7' tall.

Out to do a spot of shopping this morning - to get new sandles for me (to go with my Nikon cameras and beard of course) as my present pair are now 10 years old. Also we had to get something for No1 sons birthday tomorrow.

Needless to say we came home with yet more stuff for the cygnet (daughters new baby) .............. and SWMBO is just away out again after forgetting to get a birthday card.

There has also been a beautiful display of flowers been delivered here and SWMBO thought they were for her .............. Foolish woman!!!!!
No idea who they are from as the card is sealed so will need to wait until daughter is given them later. She is meant to be getting out when the paperwork is done - but that could mean hours.
So I don't know if I will get to see her today or not as I am picking up No1 son from his work mid afternoon and heading south to Englandshire to his girlfriend for a couple of days and then bringing her back to see the cygnet. She is more excited than any of us .............she is mad.

If I am quick I might get to see Chippy for a few minutes in passing (depends on how quickly I get over the border)
