Willowford Farm

This is our farm, which overlooks the beautiful Irthing valley. The River Irthing starts a few miles north of here and flows south to Gilsland (actually forming the Cumbria-Northumberland border), before turning west and eventually joining the River Eden near Carlisle. I took this photo this evening en route to Slack House, a small dairy farm who we work closely with; I was collecting some organic milk to feed to our pet lambs.
