Dog Tired

We sold a townhouse recently and are waiting for the transfer to go through... which should've been a week ago! Had a call from the agent this afternoon and to cut a long story short: We're looking at another 10 working days before transfer... This is all terribly annoying:( Don't know who screwed up between the attorneys and the deeds office, but it makes no difference now!

Left work in a bad mood after that phone call, went home, harnassed the boys and took them for a long walk. It proved therapeutic for me and an absolute joy for them:) I'm feeling much better and they are now fast asleep! Almost weekend...
