Ripening redcurrants ....#Food
I'm still catching up with my garden. Today I noticed that the redcurrants have a little bit of blush on them - it will soon be time to make redcurrant jelly again. I love the crystal clear jelly, it always seems miraculous that it turns out so well and sets!
